Registration and payment for GearShifters

Thank you for registering onto the GearShifters website. To make sure you have fully
registered you should have selected a username and password - if you haven't then please Register here.

To fully gain access to the Members-only section of the website, you need to ensure your squad fees have been paid and processed, and you read and agree to the disclaimer below.

PAYMENT DETAILS

You can pay the GearShifters Squad Fees:
by Cash (direct to Duck/Deanne),
by Cheque (payable to "C J Patten and D Teague"),
or by Direct Credit into the following account:

Cost: $280

Once payment has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance into GearShifters. You will then be able to access the Members-only section of this website.

DISCLAIMER

I understand that Les Mills staff and contractors are not able to provide me with medical advice regarding my medical fitness. I will not hold Les Mills, its staff or my personal trainer liable in any way for any injuries that may occur while I am training.

I understand that full payment of squad fees must be paid before the training programme commences.

For safety reasons training will not take place if weather conditions are not suitable. In this situation GearShifters will try to provide alternative training.

Any photographs or video footage from training sessions or team events may be used by Deanne Teague or Les Mills for promotional purposes.

Squad fees are non refundable once training starts on 30 August 2010. I also understand that if I cancel before this date there will be a $40 cancellation fee upon refund.
