Registration and payment for GearShifters Minimize

Thank you for registering onto the GearShifters website.

To make sure you have fully registered you should have selected a username and password - if you haven't then please REGISTER HERE.


To fully gain access to the Members-only section of the website, you need to ensure your squad fees have been paid and processed, and you read and agree to the disclaimer below.

PAYMENT DETAILS

You can pay the GearShifters Squad Fees: 

by Cash (direct to Deanne), 

by Cheque (payable to "GearShifters"), 

or by Direct Credit into the following account:

Cost:  $210 *

Once payment has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance into GearShifters.  You will then be able to access the Members-only section of this website.

* Previous GearShifters members to pay $190

I understand that GearShifters trainers, Les Mills staff and contractors are not able to provide me with medical advice regarding my medical fitness. I will not hold GearShifters trainers or Les Mills or its staff liable in any way for any injuries that may occur while I am training.

I understand that full payment of squad fees must be paid before the training programme commences.

For safety reasons training will not take place if weather conditions are not suitable.

Any photographs or video footage from training sessions or team events may be used by Deanne Teague, GearShifters or Les Mills for promotional purposes.

Squad fees are non refundable once training starts on 29 August 2011. I also understand that if I cancel before this date there will be a $40 cancellation fee upon refund.
